Eastercon is vital for publicising Teledu so if you are going to Eastercon, please help make sure everyone has heard of Year of the Teledu

Teledu will be having a sales table in the Dealers Room along side the Sproutlore, ZZ9 and Confounding Tales tables. Please come along and help man it.

Teledu will be blitzing the con with posters. You can help by:
a) Printing out and bringing along at least 20 posters
b) Joining the merry band of Bill Stickers in covering every wall, lift and cubicle door with Teledu posters.

So that we get a good mix of posters make a note of how many posters of each type you've printed out. Doesn't have to be precise numbers, just close enough so that we don't end up with 200 of one design and nothing else.

(In addition to the color posters mentioned above, I also print some sheets of labels with the "The Year of The Teledu" logo in a size suitable for party stickers. That is - the logos are in a size suitable to party stickers, the labels are not, so they'll have to be cut if we're going to use them. There are 8 logos to one sticker, 24 labels to the A4 sheet, and 11 sheets.)
(DougS says: I have labels which are 65 to a sheet, they're about 21mm high and 38mm wide. I can print them with the logo and the words "Sunday 9pm $ROOM" ... how does that sound?) - Stickers would be good - Chris

[edit] Room Party / Get Together
A Teledu room party will be taking place on the Sunday evening. There is an offer of a room, but questions remain about the organisation and funding of the party. The likelihood is that donations, or promises of donations, will be solicited in advance -- and that there will be a supermarket run (probably by Max and DougS) sometime on Saturday.
There's some discussion and a poll in the LiveJournal community.
