Obscure Book Recommendations

Not so much a programme idea.... as a general sit around the bar and chat.... I thought we could perhaps do a running thing where all the con goers who want to bring along an obscure book that they would recommend to others and we could just chat to each other about their books - I don't know how many new people would be there, but it would be a good way to break the ice with people and everyone loves talking about books don't they? I suppose we'd have to have something to stop people just blatantly advertising certain books. EDIT: reposted cos I posted in the wrong place!
