How the various function rooms will be set-up for seating & Tech during the weekend.

Private Bar & Dead Zone
The Beer of the Teledu will only be available from this bar.
No furniture will be set up in the Dead Zone.
Friday Night
Bar open from 6pm to 1am.
For the Disco (post 9pm) - partition between function room and private bar to be opened.
Saturday
Bar open from 12 noon to 1am.
For the evening (post 7pm) - partition between function room and private bar to be opened.
Sunday
Bar open from 12 noon to 8pm.
Wigston (Main)
All Weekend
Stage (hotel providing).
Occasional
Tech: Sound system: 3 mics, floor stands, and ability to plug MP3 players and laptops into the PA system. LCD projector and screen (maybe use the walls?).
Friday Evening
Opening Ceremony Theatre Style - 100 people. Tech: sound system with one floor standing mic.
MP3 Disco Dance floor + tables and chairs + partition to the Dead Zone open. Tech: sound system. LCD Projectors, Lights, Smoke Machine
Saturday Daytime
Chairs for 100 people stack round the side in case they are needed.
Otherwise, room cleared (apart from the stage).
Saturday Evening
Hotel to set-up between 6pm & 7pm
Round tables and chairs.
Tech: sound system and three floor-standing mics.
Partition between function room and private bar to be opened.
Sunday Daytime
Chairs for 100 people stack round the side in case they are needed.
Otherwise, room cleared (apart from the stage).
Floor to be hovered after Be a small girl for an hour and before T'ai Chi
Sunday Evening
Theatre style for 100 people. Hotel to set-up between 6pm & 7pm
Closing Ceremony Tech: Sound system with one floor standing mic.
Wigston 2 (Fannish Living Room)
All Weekend
Sofas, bar tables, and chairs (hotel to provide).
Tech: PC and printer
Two 6' tables for the LFF.
Bookshelves.
Oadby (Craft Area)
All Weekend
Four large round tables with chairs.
A couple of big rolls of paper towels in case of spillage, and if possible some plastic cups for brush-cleaning water.
There will be paper available to cover the tables (Flick is bringing it).
Rubbish sacks
Paper recycling (Hotel to provide)
Knighton
The Knighton will be acting as the con's Secure Stores, housing projection equipment etc overnight. For this reason the room will be locked outside of the times it's being used.
All Weekend
Theatre style for 40 people. No top table, just chairs.
Tech: sound system, three mics and floor stands, projector and screen (hotel to provide the screen).
Two bar tables for the projector and laptop.
Friday
Locked at 10pm (will need access at 1am to put the disco stuff back).
Saturday
Opened 10am, locked 8pm.
