A traditional Science Fiction Convention has a number of Divisions which are typically committee posts.
Here are some of them and suggestions for how we might provide alternatives if necessary.

Publicity
Convention members are encouraged to do their own publicity - but since there is a cap of 150 members it looks like "word of mouth" will do quite well at this. As for publicity materials such as flyers or posters please contact the YotT Officers for computer files you can print out yourself.
