There is a program at school called Wildfire which simulates diseases and it has this suggestion in the literature, which goes as follows: Everybody receives a card at the beginning of the convention, and ten of these cards should have black dots on them. Then, encourage people to trade the cards with each other throughout the convention. If someone, at any point, receives a card with a black dot on it, they must add a black dot to every card they receive from that point onwards. Then, at the end of the con, the cards get handed in and we see what's happened.

It may just be me being a geek but this sounds fun to me... I would have put this as an action idea, but there's no template for that sort of behaviour. John Coxon
