Bar & Beer - The bar in the function space will be open from 12 noon until late, at least 1am, probably 2am - Chris to confirm with hotel. Mel has arranged the Beer_of_the_Teledu with the hotel. We will have approx 400 bottles of Beer of the Teledu plus 200 bottles of the brewery's standard beer 1050. Mel also hopes to be able to provide a limited amount of Cider of the Teledu.

Secure Stores - We will be using the Knighton as secure stores rather than someone's bedroom. The Knighton is the most secure of the function rooms and is also where most of the Tech will be during Saturday and Sunday. Consequently the room will be locked and unavailable for ad-hoc programming once the planned program has finished in the room.

Hotel Liaison - Chris plans to hand a sheet to the Hotel Reception with his, Jess and Meike's names, photos and mobile numbers so that in the event of any problem they know who to contact. Chris will also be setting up a meeting with the hotel for about a week before hand top sort out last minute details.

Tech - Doug volunteered to help set-up and support the wireless network and the pc in the Fannish Living Room.

What to Bring - We will be sending a letter (yes, a piece of paper) to everyone reminding them what to bring and where to find out more. If you are reading this then you will not need this letter so we will provide an opt-out ability. Abi will be handling the logistics of sending it out.

Programme - Jim is running Badgered_To_Death at 6pm on Friday to welcome everyone to the con. The only gap left where it would be good to have a programme item is 10am Saturday Morning. However no one has volunteered to run anything so it looks like early risers will have to amuse themselves. Finally, the Disco needs a theme. Suggestions please.

Spare Money - £75 was budgeted to buy Space Hoppers

Membership & Registration - Teledu will be taking memberships up to and including the conventions. Current best guess is that we will be have about 140 Teledudes by the con which should mean about 120 adults at the con. Registration desk will be open Friday afternoon and early evening plus Saturday Morning until early afternoon. Jess will be looking for volunteers to help man it.

There will be a visit to the Hotel on the Sunday (17th) for those that are interested, probably around midday. If you can't make the meeting on the 16th but want to join us for a look round the hotel, then comment below.
