Part of the agenda for this meeting, as I understood it initially, was to be talking about the readme, for which I've volunteered. However, as I explained in a post to the LiveJournal, I'm not coming to the meeting, so I created the readme page as a place to put my initial ideas and thoughts for the project and to allow people to contribute to it at the meeting.
